SolutionsSafeEvent
Everyone at your event, signed up at the gate.
Concerts, festivals, tournaments, camps, services, conferences: the crowd is different every time. With SafeEvent, staff, volunteers, vendors, and attendees self-enroll by QR code in under 30 seconds, and in an emergency you notify every one of them in seconds.

Used at concerts and festivals, sports tournaments, houses of worship, camps and retreats, conferences and expos, and nonprofit and community events.
One alert notifies the crowd and everyone working the event
Send to every attendee, volunteer, and vendor registered for the event, and include emergency contacts with a single checkbox. Each contact gets a message naming their person, so a parent or spouse knows exactly who it is about.
- Templates for shelter in place, evacuate, meet up, and safety checks
- Live SAFE and HELP tallies, with HELP pinned to the top
- Anyone who replies HELP can share their location on a map of the grounds
- Resend to non-responders, then send All Clear by text and email
- Message All for weather holds and schedule changes, outside an emergency
- National Weather Service watches and warnings for the event’s location, with a suggested message ready to send
Attendees answer right from the text.
The alert arrives as a text and an email, with no app to download. Attendees reply SAFE or HELP in the same thread and get a confirmation back, and you watch every answer arrive on the live alert page.
- Works on any phone that can text
- SAFE replies are confirmed right away
- HELP replies get 911 guidance and a link to share their location

Registered people can tell you what they see.
Everyone who enrolls gets a welcome text from the event number. Replying to it sends a report straight to your team, who can answer from the report, log what they did, and close it out.
- Your team is notified of every report by text, email, and push notification right away
- The reporter gets an automatic receipt, then your reply
- Works between alerts, for the whole run of the event
How it compares
The questions we get asked.
Security and safety teams put the same list to every mass notification provider. Here’s how SafeEvent answers it.
- Two-way response
- People reply SAFE or HELP by text, or tap a link in the email. Every reply is tallied live, person by person.
- Channels
- SMS and email to every recipient. Your admins also get push notifications for HELP replies and incident reports.
- Who gets the alert
- Everyone registered for an event, and optionally every emergency contact. Each event keeps its own list of attendees.
- Time to send
- Choose a template, confirm sending.
- Delivery confirmation
- Delivered status for each person, and a one-step resend to anyone who hasn’t answered.
- Escalation
- A HELP reply texts the admin who sent the alert and pushes and emails every manager, including a HELP that comes in after All Clear.
- Location on HELP
- Anyone who replies HELP is told to call 911 if they’re hurt or in danger, and gets a private link to share their phone’s location. It shows as a pin, with how accurate it is, on a satellite map of your location, and stays until they reply SAFE. They can also text where they are, like a building and floor.
- Getting people enrolled
- No app. People join by QR code or URL link in under a minute and verify their number with a text-message code. CSV import for member lists you already have.
- Records and audit
- A permanent log of every send, audit logs for opt-in changes, deletions, and uploads, CSV export, and printable alert reports with notes.
- Weather
- National Weather Service watches and warnings for every location, checked every 2 minutes. Your contact gets a text and your managers an email and push, with a message to everyone already written. Nothing goes out unless you send it.
- Integrations
- Signed webhooks for alerts, with automatic retry built in.
- Consent and compliance
- Explicit SMS consent at sign-up, a welcome text with opt-out instructions, and STOP handled automatically. Admin sessions sign out when idle.
